Coaching is grounded, practical, and collaborative — and it never requires faith participation. This path is for you if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to move forward with clarity and intention.

Women Empowered Through Prayer Ministries
Women Empowered Through Prayer Ministries (WETP) is a Spirit-led, faith-centered ministry founded by Evangelist Tonya Small. WETP was born out of a personal calling to create a safe, judgment-free space where women can bring their whole selves — their pain, their questions, their faith, and their dreams — and encounter God's healing power through prayer.
Through prayer circles, intercessory prayer, faith-based teaching, and community gatherings, women are equipped to release what's holding them back, rebuild their spiritual strength, and walk forward in the fullness of who God created them to be. WETP serves women in all seasons — from those just beginning their faith journey to those who have walked with God for decades.
Prayer Without Perfection
You don't need the right words or a polished faith. WETP welcomes raw, honest prayer as the starting point for healing and growth.

Hi there! Coach Tonya, a passionate servant, leader, visionary, entrepreneur, and founder of Women Empowered Through Prayer Ministries, along with several other God-inspired ventures created to uplift, equip, and empower women.
With over 18 years of experience in ministry and purpose-centered leadership, I’ve devoted my life to helping women unlock their divine identity, walk boldly in their calling, and build platforms that reflects both excellence and faith.
My passion is to bridge the gap between spiritual growth and personal elevation - helping women transform from being overwhelmed and uncertain to becoming confident, purpose-filled leaders aligned with God’s vision for their lives.
